Guest Lecturer:
FH-Prof. Dr. Friedrich Starkl is professor of transport logistics and mobility at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, Campus Steyr. He has years of experience within the private sector (logistics services providers) and did a lot of research on logstics and transport at the Logistikum Steyr.
Description of the Lecture:
Content: Basics, transport chains, stakeholders, transport units, transport modes, transhipment facilities, information systems, financial aspects, future challenges and opportunities
Structure: diverse programme composed of theoretical lecture, practical examples, active integration of participants, case study - adapted to the variable target groups
Duration: 1,5h up to 1 day
Target Group: Business schools and higher schools with focus on logistics, universities and universities of applied sciences
Number of Participants: 10 to 25
